Do you unmustify?

Today I heard a term coined by Swedish author Micael Dahlén: Unmustify. An active way to remove some of the things we think we have to do in life.

There are so many things on our agenda that we think we have to do. Attend a gathering, meet someone, plan things down to the last detail...

Of course, there are often duties we don't like to do, but still need to do. But there are also a lot of stuff we don't really need to do. Some we don't need to do at all, and some we can postpone with a clear conscience.

This leaves more space for the things we really want to do, and less resistance to the boring ones we still have to do. We have more space.

What do you ”have to” do today? Maybe you can unmustify something?
