We live and we learn

It's funny and good to remember, how something that feels like a disaster in the moment gradually fades away.

The next day, it might feel just as bad — or, sometimes, even worse. Pondering and poor sleep fueling the catastrophic thoughts.

But then, that chaotic feeling slowly starts to fade…

Maybe it wasn't the end of the world after all. Perhaps there were important lessons to be learned. Perhaps that dark "end of the world" feeling turned out to be a brighter and clearer view of the world.

We live and we learn.
